Leslie Banner from the "Sleeping Children Around the World" organization visited the Haliburton Lions on March 11, 2024 to talk about this program supported by the Lions of District A16. Leslie brought a "bed kit" (viewed on the table behind Leslie) that are provided to children in need all around the world. The Haliburton Lions donated 4-5 kits per year to this organization.
