Lion Marilyn and Jim drove down to Kobes Nurseries in Bowmanville to pick up a Crimson King Maple tree thanks to the loan of a truck from Curry Motors.
Lynda and her son, Chris and friends got the tree off the truck and planted on the property of Lynda Porter's new home in Haliburton.
It will be a nice remembrance of Bob that can be seen by his family every day.
